What do you do with the waste?
We bag the waste and place it in your garbage can. If your home owners association doesn't permit you to leave your garbage cans outside, we will place the bag next to your garage for you to dispose of properly. For an additional $5 a month we would be happy to dispose of it for you. Just let us know.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, to senior citizens (age 60+), owners of trained assistance dogs, police dogs and handicapped are eligible for a 10% discount.

Do you service apartment complexes and commercial properties?
We extend our service to multi-family housing, parks, public areas and businesses. Due to the uniqueness of each situation (property size, number of animals being picked-up after, frequency of service) we are unable to offer a standard pricing schedule. Please contact us to arrange for a free quote.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Not at all. Your service can be started or stopped with just a phone call (424) 750-1079 , or by using our contact form to notify us of any change.

Can my dog be left in the yard during service?
That depends. There are some cases when a dog will not let us in to your yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or ourselves.

Do I have to be home for the service?
No, although for the first service we like to meet with you and your pet(s) so we can all get acquainted. This is also a good time to see if your pet will mind us coming into their yard.

When will you come out and clean my yard?
Most of our customers have us come out on a weekly basis. If you are interested in having your yard serviced every other week, contact us and we can set that up as well. The day of the week your house is serviced is based upon its location.

How do I pay?
We ask that all first or one-time visits be paid for on the day of service. For regular customers, we simply send you a bill once a month by mail or email. We accept cash, checks, Visa, or MasterCard. Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge.

How do you prevent spreading any diseases?
We disinfect our equipment and shoes after cleaning every yard.

I normally lock my gate, is this a problem?
You can leave your gate unlocked for our visit. We will not climb over or jump fences, so if the gate is locked when we visit, we'll leave a courtesy note and you will not be billed the first time. Any time the gate is locked thereafter, we will leave a note and you will be billed for the visit.

Is there an extra charge for the first time?
There is an initial visit charge for the first service.

What if I don't need service for a few weeks?
Just notify us at least one day ahead and we will put your account on hold.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?
Sure! One-time-only or short-term service may be easily arranged.

What are your rates?
Our service rates are very affordable! Just check our rate schedule and you'll agree.

What happens when it rains?
We will usually work in the rain. A very heavy rainfall may stop us, though. We will most often be able to make up the work later that week.

Do you work through winter?
Yes, but when the "waste" is not visible, we are unable to serve you, otherwise we will always be there. Keep in mind that your pet will still create waste, either on the porch, the sidewalk or the driveway.

What about holidays?
We do not work on the major holidays. When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will advise you of the alternate day. Service returns to the regular schedule the following week.

What does your company mean by "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED"?
We promise that you will get service you are happy with. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account so you won't be charged.

There are certain circumstances, which we are unable to guarantee service. We will always make every effort to clean in the best manner possible, but we cannot guarantee service under the following conditions:

*MUDDY AREAS
*OVERGROWN GRASS OR WEEDS
